Welcome to the Awe book study.

My name is Sharla Steever, and I'm the co-designer of this course. Our team is excited to join you on this journey as exploring awe can enliven our work, environment, and life. This book study is all about how experiencing awe - feelings of wonder, amazement, and connection triggered by encounters with things vast and greater than the self - can improve our health, relationships, and approach to life.

Outcomes

In this book study, you will reflect on your experiences with the book, watch optional "chapter chats" where I talk more about the book, and gain access to great takeaway resources. By the end of this experience, we hope that you will:

Increase self-awareness around awe and wonder.
Cultivate skills for creating more awe in daily life.
Strengthen social bonds through shared awe.
